I had been looking for the right caravan for about 1 year. From the moment I set foot inside the beautiful New Age Desert Rose, we were treated to the best Customer Service I have ever experienced.
Ange, the wonderful lady who took me through all the features of the Caravan anticipated my questions in advance, following my eyes and answering before I voiced the question, without being pushy or annoying. Ange took the time to let me absorb the answers and I felt like I was chatting with a friend not a salesperson.
It did not end there, once I made the decision to purchase, the team at New Age in the coming days, rang to say Hi and introduce themselves. Each one let me know the part they were playing in getting my van ready for delivery. They all said they looked forward to meeting me on the day and I believed them.
By the time I picked up the van I felt like one of the family. Bruce was so warm and welcoming when we arrived and was as excited as me for the pick-up. Walking through the spotless workshop on the day, everyone yelled out and knew us by name. Stu took me through all the functions as well as do’s and don’ts’ of use. He also had practical “on the road advice” which was invaluable and I will be putting his advice to good use.
I have been a customer service professional for 30 years and I know true greatness when I see it, purchasing this van has been a wonderful experience and if the van it performs as beautifully as the people who support it, I am in for the best time of my life.
John and I were very happy with Rebecca Trigilia, our salesperson. Rebecca was very professional and knew her product very well, she explained in detail the features of the Manta Ray Caravan and was able to answer most of our questions on the spot and when she needed to check something out, did so without delay.
The ordering process was made very easy, as Rebecca explained in detail anything we did not understand and was able to give anecdotes to make our decisions easier. Once our van was ordered Rebecca maintained her professionalism and addressed our many requests between ordering and the pickup in a pleasant manner and we received quotes for our many additions before the end of business the same day.
When we arrived to pick up our Manta Ray, Stewart gave us a very detailed handover. He explained the reasons why we should connect and disconnect all utilities in a certain order, so that we understood the importance to keep us safe and to maintain the longevity of our caravan.
We received a follow up call from the sales team once we arrived home to check how we travelled and how we were managing familiarising ourselves with the van, which demonstrates excellent customer service from beginning to end of the purchasing process.
We could not fault any part of our dealings with the staff at New Age Caravans, nothing was too much effort or difficult for them in answering our queries or in meeting our needs.
The staff at New Age were always very welcoming, very friendly, most helpful and most attentive. They made us feel very comfortable and quite special.
